Lap Shoulder Baby Shirt sewing pattern

Some call it lap shoulder, overlapping shoulders, envelope neckline, and many other things. Whatever you call it, this is going to be a staple sewing pattern in your baby collection. This lapped shoulder baby shirt can be made with long or short sleeves. It has a pull-over style neckline with a traditional hem, so no need for snaps.
Make these baby shirts with a regular sewing machine. Optional serger directions included.

Fabric Requirements: Light to Medium weight Knit fabric. Fabric suggestions include but are not limited to: cotton jersey, interlock, and fleece.
Notions: Matching thread.
Machine requirements: Optional serger or sewing machine with a zig zag (or other stretch type) stitch.
