I just sent in a review and made a BIG mistake.
I was think the pattern was a phone case. MY Bad. So sorry.
I haven't make the diaper insert yet, but will let you know how
it turns out.
Sorry again,
Carolyn Langham

I should have measured the width of my phone before starting.
So I can say I learned something for the next one.

I am brand new to the world of cloth diapering, homemade or otherwise, so I appreciate all the tips and suggestions you provide! I went with your suggestions for materials and size. After sewing the first one, I realized I could finish my big stack much more quickly by serging around the edges rather than sewing, turning, and topstitching. This makes them a tad bigger which according to the instructions means they are a bit more absorbent as well. I can't comment on how they work yet, but I am excited to see once the baby is born!

I haven't used the insert yet and a few of the fabrics were a bit harder to find but instructions were simple and I like the outcome now to put it in action.

If I could get my hands on Zorb easily this would have been even better. I live in Canada so it's a bit expensive to order. I used some substitutions in place of zorb which made it a bit bulkier of an insert but, it works great. This fits perfectly into the pocket of the diaper. The tutorial was straight forward and easy to follow.
